Very happy with the service i received from newlife. The staff were helpful and polite and did their best to keep the cost down for me. I was able to organise a machine over the phone and it was delivered the next morning . The driver rang me before arriving and was very friendly . Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I have never had such poor service from a company in the UK. They sold us a dodgy machine which conked out after a week. The one they replaced it with wasn't plumbed in properly and caused a leek and malfunctioned. After three months of pestering they finally sent somebody around to collect it but by now the cupboard was swollen with damp and the guy was just able to rip the door off which left electrical wires hanging out the front of the machine (we have four small children). Another three months of constant calling later they finally managed to get a crew to come around and remove it. They left with the live wall plug still hanging off and with half the machine still in our kitchen. I have tried to contact them for a refund, but they have since said that they are too busy to deal with us and have blocked our numbers on their phone.A chap called Brian was in charge and just treated us like an inconvenience, with no idea of how to deal with customers. His crew seemed very embarrassed and apologetic but do yourself a favour and keep well clear because if anything goes wrong with their machines then they just don;t care.This has caused a significant degree of stress and inconvenience for us and we needed to have work done on the kitchen cupboards after they left. I am currently waiting to hear back from trading standard and will take further action shortly thereafter.Dr Jonathan and MacDonald
