DVSA Driving Test Centre

I have got my D1 practical test here, I found some examiners are very rude. They count your single miner mistake as big blunder. Really had a bad experience with them.

Worst experience error. Examiner was so rude, started shouting at me and had to ask him to leave the car as I did not want to carry on with the test. Worst place ever to book your driving test.

I have never met anyone as arrogant as this examiner and I am shocked how he is employed by the DVSA.The phrases used by this man on your test are enough to put you to tears. He will find a way to get to you in his utter rude manner and will succeed. I arrived here very happy not having any expectations if I pass or fail but he knows how to make you feel like you have a low esteem. I was disgusted how he spoke to me and other individuals taking the exam. He will speak more rudely to you than your worst enemy. If your looking to take a motorcycle test in a professional environment then this is not the place for you.

Where do I start with examiner Stacey/Tracey what ever her bloody name is, you’ve got hardly a chance at passing really needs to go on some sort of retraining, even Lewis Hamilton wouldn’t have a chance and the road leading to the test centre is horrendous

Took 2 tests at Garrets Green1st one got a man, very good guy (I think his name is Rayan)2nd one, got Tracey. She was ok with me. Got my test with her.

I went for my test at this DVSA centre and would not recommend this place to anyone looking to pass.Firstly the examiner is so rude. The tone of voice he uses and the inappropriate comments is not something what you will expect with someone with his profession. The phrases used by him are enough to lower your confidence and you will feel you are being picked on resulting in failing the test. He knows how to distract you from the exam, talking in an aggressive manner and making your feel worthless.This is not what I expected when taking the exam and anyone who is looking to pass then this is not the place. The only thing you will get is a mouthful from this examiner and be spoken to aggressively with unnecessary comments. This person does not have any emotions at all.As mentioned before, if you looking to pass, this centre in not the place, the examiner will just try to break you down mentally.

Did my motorcycle test here. Sam S was excellent. Could clearly see he is a motorcycle enthusiast.

Great place to take your motorbike test. I don't leave many reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to. I took both my module 1 and module 2 motorcycle test at Garretts Green, Birmingham. The examiner couldn't have been more understanding of how nervous I was and he went out of his way not to add to that pressure - especially on my mod 1. The tests are hard but knowing the examiner is a genuinely good person helps you through. The whole experience was one of professionalism in a supportive environment 10/10 for all the staff there!!!

My wife had her driving test in Garrets Green yesterday. She has driven overseas since 2004 with no crash and for one year (hundreds of miles) in the UK, on her international license, with no fines or crashes at all. The examiner had an attitude and terminated her test after some minutes claiming she made two major mistakes. She had lessons in the UK to get familiar with tricks and her instructor believed that she passes easily. The results did not make sense at all, and we complained. Avoid this place if you can. Too long queue for such unprofessional moody examiners. I have lived in 6 different countries and this experience with DVSA was the worst among all similar organisations elsewhere.
