Spoilt Rotten Dog Groomer & Boutique Pinner

Both our Dogs absolutely love coming here - Boxer & Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. The Cavalier was terrified of being groomed - she is a transformed dog & is now very happy & calm on drop off & collection.The staff are so calm & loving, which the dogs definitely pick up on.We go for regular nail clipping as well as grooming.

Our Cockapoo, Chai, adores Spoilt Rotten Pinner. She exudes a remarkable sense of relaxation when she's in the company of their wonderful staff, and our trust in them is unwavering. Their exceptional level of accommodation and their dedication to helping us understand Chai's unique requirements have left us deeply appreciative. We can't say enough about Maisie, Chai's groomer. There's no doubt that Chai feels completely at ease with her and has developed a genuine affection. We are overjoyed that Maisie showers Chai with love during her grooming sessions, making them truly special occasions for our furry family member.

I’ve been bringing Bruce to the Pinner shop for a few years now and I’m always confident leaving him there; he’s well looked after by the staff and always looks very regal when he trots out after his trim (and smells nice too!). Not far from local parking and a lovely park to walk him before and after his “spa day”.

It’s a very sought after groomer and it’s honestly worth it. The staff are so attentive and my dog is always so calm with them. Perfect groom every time.

The best dog groomers in and around London. It took me 3 years of taking my toy poodle to ridiculously overpriced groomers in Kensington, St John’s Wood, Notting Hill, Radlett & Hampstead (that weren’t even good) until I found this fabulous place. I always show them a photo of how I want my dog’s hair cut done, and they really replicate that and always get it right. Poodles are not easy to groom but Spoilt Rotten does it perfectly. The girls there are all so lovely, friendly and incredibly diligent about what they do. I highly recommend.

Amazing customer service. Staff very friendly. Did a brilliant groom on my GSD Xena. I get so many good comments on my walks. I have recommend ' Spoilt Rotten' for every one of them.Once again I would like to thank all the staff there.

Strongly not recommend this grooming service, our Chihuahua has been hurt during the nail clipping process...only three paws has been done...one missing, very bad cutting. Non stop different staff in service, looks not much experienced. My dog has trauma now, I will never go back to them.Sorry but you are far away from professional service.
