Visited at 1230hrs.... No bacon, no sausages left... Had some pies, good! Also got some pastries.... Very thick pastry mixture

Local bakery, always friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Food has always been good quality and prices reasonable. Good kids options and seasonal options always available.

Maybe the worst experience at an bakery I’ve had..... I ordered a bacon roll, coffee and a donut. The bacon was like 2 bits of leather on a stale roll. The donut was a donut. No complaints there. But the best is yet to come. As the lovely lady was handing me my coffee with the lid not on it properly, she catches it on the till, spilling it all over me, burning my hand and ruining a brand new pair of trainers I just bought. If she spent more time concentrating on fixing the lid properly to the cup than trying so sell me 2 bits of extra leather for my stale roll then this might not have happened. Very very below par bakers. Olaphants show them how to do it please

Standard off food is lower.. day old rolls...with bacon and egg ..day old.. ordered extra shot and still coffee was milk.... baynes has a higher standard with food and atmosphere...... Very miserable shop and disappointing food orders......drive past when possible
