My experiences over the years has given me a heathy dislike of dentists… But no more … My Genix set of 5 treatments started today with what I can only describe as a fantastic experience. Not only did they do heigh quality work but they kept me informed all the way through, making me fell valued and respected. Absolutely 5 star service and very reasonably priced too. Regards Antony R. I’ve recently been through a bit of a transformation with Genix, after years of not being able to go to a dentist I plucked up the courage to get my teeth sorted and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I was so anxious on my first appointment but all the staff were so compassionate and Eleanor the dentist was so kind. I didn’t feel judged and was made to feel at ease at all times, we made a plan and after 4 appointments and lots of extractions I now have a beautiful new set of teeth! I couldn’t be happier with them and can’t recommend these lovely people enough.

I am terrified of Dentists, but the staff here are incredibly understanding and patient with me, I don't understand why I am so terrified because my treatment here has always been fast and painless, my phobia is from past treatment in a different dental surgery but I still freak out each time I come. Jaz always does her best to try and take my mind of things.This is the only dental surgery that I keep returning to.Hopefully one day my fear will be gone but even then I will always use this dental surgery, it is exceptionally clean, calm and welcomingI would highly recommend

Literally the BEST dentist I’ve ever had. Zero pain after procedures and very little discomfort. Really welcoming staff and do an amazing job. I’m almost happy that my NHS dentist shut down as the comparison is such a crazy difference in the level of service! Thank you!!

Reception staff are very warm and welcoming - especially Yas! After me calling up needing an appointment she managed to get me seen very quickly and was so understanding. Lovely dentist, very clean, the dentists make you feel at ease. Very glad to finally have a good dentist!

As someone who is very frightened of the dentist, I cannot recommend Genix enough. The Dentist I saw (Elenor) put me completely at ease and we made a plan to get my treatment completed at my pace. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable and the work I needed to have was done over several appointments. Elenor is kind and compassionate and gentle. Chloe on reception is lovely & helped with working out the most cost effective way to fund the treatment. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you

Appointment times are worthless as I’ve never been in on time, or very shortly after. My last appointment was over half an hour late, I’m sure if I turned up so late that my appointment would have been cancelled!! I’m retired so have the time to waste but working people don’t. Other than this the service is excellent

Genix Healthcare Morecambe is a brilliant Dental Practice.A welcoming and spacious ground floor Practice.The Reception team are both indivdually and as a Team all friendly and efficient.My Dentist Lustina, is an excellent Dentist and Lustina has also created a good atmosphere of both efficiency and welcome in her Practice Room.
