Had my engine rebuilt here a year ago, worst cursomer service I have ever experienced. Reviewing the invoice I have noticed the charged me £80 for a pipe I did not ask for or need. I hated this place that much I did not return to have the run in oil changed. Or to have any of their mess ups sorted out.UpdateYou didn't even secure secure the new pipes you put in you have left them dangling around. I has Very specific saying I didn't want the car Modded. Yet you installed Bright blue Hoses because .. I quote what was said I thought it would look good". Also the Replacement gearbox you put in is very hard to get in 3rd gear. Don't act like you care now as you didn't before. I will not be returning with the car as I do not trust the company at all. You have my money that's what you wanted. Would you like me to post pictures of your work here ??How about the MOT Certificate that was done 6 months after you rebuilt the engine saying their was oil leaks ?"

PumaBuild have done some excellent body work and mechanical repairs on my Classic Ford Escort, and the prices they charge are not excessive for the quality of the work done.

Can’t recommend Pumabuild enough! The service and knowledge is spot on. They are always prepared to go the extra mile to help you out. Wouldn’t take my RS anywhere else, they really know what there doing with these cars. 100% recommend!!!

In regard to Fords, In my opinion these guys are 100% the best in the Midlands. I have taken my car (see pic) to a few places now & Puma build & Alan (The Owner) has more knowledge than anyone I have experienced. In the past he rebuilt my entire gearbox, has done all my modding including mapping & recently rebuilt & forged my engine. A job I will add he did over the weekend. Car feels like new & the job & service was outstanding. Trust me when I say this, I have no links to Puma build. Only the work they have done on my car. Don't believe all these BS reviews they have got, you won't find a better & more professional service IMO.

Mikey fixed my car after another garage miss diagnosed it, great work, great workmanship and extremely professional. My car feels like a new car!

I cannot recommend Pumabuild enough! Great guys who are very knowledgeable and will go the distance to help you out. Tuned my 2020 Mustang with no problems. I will definitely re-visit for future modifications to my car! A++

Great service, had a sensor issue it was sorted quickly

2014 Ford Focus Headlamp Assembly unit part no. 2206011This seems to be a common issue on Ford owners websites and after getting nowhere with Ford and utter disbelief at not being covered under an extended warranty! Facing a replacement unit bill of £1150 from Ford - I spoke with Phil and Alan at Puma Build who knew exactly what the issue was and repaired the unit....brilliant service...highly recommended. Only charged for one hour labour. Alan also chasing for the labour cost to be reimbursed direct with the warranty company. Thanks guys!
