Cygnet Dental Practice

Cygnet dental practice is just the best. Receptionists are so kind and helpful and Krupa is a wonderful dentist, I'm always so grateful for her gentle approach and care as I'm an extremely nervous patient. Many thanks!

I have just completed my treatment plan with my dentist AB.i had a partial denture for 5 years which fitted really well but I felt old and didn't like it.AB said I could do away with it and have a bridge fitted and new crowns.3 long appointments later and the work is all done.To say I am pleased with the result is such an understatement!I feel so more confident and can eat out without worrying.I recommend this dentist totally.i have put my husband on their waiting list.Thank you so much AB.

Very helpful staff. Managed to get an urgent appointment for a very painful tooth the same day. Dentist was very thorough and identified the cause of the pain swiftly, and gave me several options on how to treat it in the short, medium and long term. Short term option worked very well, giving me relief quickly and has alleviated the need for further, more drastic treatment for the time being.I have been with the practice for over 4 years, and as an NHS patient, I feel I have had exceptional treatment from them during that time, and i would whole heartedly recommend them.

I think this dentist practice is great. Wonderful staff who look after you. My dentist AB is amazing and looks after people so good. I lost my mum a year ago and 9 months before that i lost my dad. I have a lot of health problems, plus my anxiety and panic attacks have got really bad.I had a panic attack in the dentist and my dentist and the lady looked after me and got me out of the panic attack.A big thank you to them.

Our recent trip to have a check up with our dentist was good. He always puts us at ease and is very friendly. Just one thing I would like to point out is that the toilet does not have a mirror in it and when you have had dental work it is nice to be able to check the appearance of your mouth before leaving the surgery!

Really great Dental practise with lovely staff who really look after you!I have been telling my partner to go there for years, but they always said their current dentist was fine. Finally got them there and they were SHOCKED at all the things they had never been told before, as well as the things that should have been addressed. Like me, they are really glad they started going.They also have a fantastic hygienist service - highly recommend!!What would be a great addition would be the ability to have an account with them that I could leave in credit, so my family don't need to deal with the payments when they visit. Or the ability to make bank-transfer directly (or even direct-debit me from a specific account) - this would just make the finances significantly easier to manage on an ongoing basis.This is my second review and this is still the only barrier to an otherwise great service!

Always a friendly professional visit. Staff are always welcoming and our dentist is so great with my young daughters.

My wife had a crown detach while she was eating, this was fixed promptly the following day, excellent service as always.

Excellent service today, was fully informed of current position regarding my daughters braces, answered all my questions clearly. Very pleased

As someone who is scared of dentists, I can say for over 7 years I have been treated by the best, caring dentists at the Cygnet Practice, you would ever want to meet. I am now no where near as anxious as I was and actually look forward to my check ups!
