I needed shoes and hiking rucksacks for 2 children. The staff were very patient and helpful, giving us time to try on as many pairs of shoes as we needed before we found the right pair. I fully intend to shop here again when I need the rest of the D of E kit. Thank you!

I went i to buy some walking boots for myself, having no knowledge or experiencing in hiking, and so I needed a lot of help and advice! The lady who served me was awesome, nothing but helpful, and i came away with a first pair of walking boots that completely suited my price range, and physical needs too :) Cheers!

Enthusiastic and friendly staff, who get the balance just right for giving helpful, patient advice without being pushy or intrusive. Thanks to Beth for helping me buy some great new walking boots - she really listened to what I wanted. Bought a fleecy lined waterproof coat last October and it's been great too. Definitely recommend.

Really good shop but only stocks large sizes. It's difficult to find anything that fits size 6-8 and sometimes even size 10.
