Known this shop/owner for at least 30yrs never had a problem always had good friendly attitude and recieved good quality furniture.thank you.

Avoid at all costs. I bought a mattress that, after one night’s use had a divet in it from my bottom! I’m lightweight and size 8. I advised them of this via their Facebook page which I could see had been read but not responded to. Some time later I went into the store where I saw (I believe) the owner. He was in the middle of arguing with someone on the phone but cut his call short to speak with me. He admitted he knew about my complaint but hadn’t come back to me. He also advised that divets in a mattress were normal and became increasingly more confrontational in his manner. I disagreed this was normal and was told he would come back to me with when they would come to look. Over a week went by and no call. I then phoned, he was very non-commital but I tied him down to this evening. Unsurprisingly he has now cancelled. Although they would like to re-arrange I don’t have confidence they will a). turn up and b). accept my complaint. I don’t have the time or inclination to continue to deal with this cowboy outfit, nor do I really want to invite them into my home so I am going to throw the mattress out and move on.
