Genuinely really nice and helpful people,who know what they are doing. They collected and returned my car for its MOT. I had another small job done while it was there too and was amazed at thier very competitive price. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone. What a refreshing change.

Outstanding family run business. We will not take our cars anywhere else, not that we need to take them even as they very often pick up our cars and return them as we live very local. The standard of work is high and the prices very reasonable. They cannot do enough for us and I will take my car there until I am too old to drive.

I cannot thank Harkness auto services enough. Having burst a tyre heading home from our holidays with a car full of children, we found ourselves with a long wait ahead for roadside assistance to reach us. Call it fate, but we broke down next to an advertisement sign for Harkness. One call and 45 minutes later our knights in shining armour found us on the A11 to remove our flat tyre and brought us a new one and had us back on the road. Thank you for going above and beyond on a Friday evening when you were minutes away from going home to ensure we made it home as quickly and safely as possible.
