Excellent work from Brett and his team.They solved the rising damp issue we had in our dining room around a blocked up chimney breast. Really helpful and friendly service from all those I liaised with and Steven always had time to discuss things during all stages of the works, patiently explaining aspects of the works . Vince was really helpful in showing me the areas during works and explaining what they'd done, with Brandon painstakingly tucking all the seal tape around the bottom of the existing DPC to ensure it was as good as can be. The amount of rubble they cleared away left by previous builders was no problem for them and they just got on with it without complaint. I feel reassured that I've had the best job done for what I needed to make my property ventilated and less prone to future damp problems. I would recommend them without hesitation. Amazing service - we moved into a house back in November only to discover that it had a damp problem. For the survey Tyne Tees came out and put my mind at rest that the problem was controllable. They then installed a unit which has sorted our condensation damp. Would recommend to anyone!

Had Steven out to check our porch walls as they were very damp and were bringing moisture into the main house walls. Steven advised on best remedies, explained recommended work and why he feels this was the best way forward. Sharon was very helpful in the office, letting us book in for the new year so we had the money after Christmas! Plasterer was early, explained the work he was doing as he went and cleaned up well after he'd done. Brett was kind enough to carry out an inspection for rising damp at extremely short notice on a weekend as our mortgage lender needed this asap and were holding back money on our mortgage.Following Brett's inspection Carol emailed us our report the next day with price and full description of the works required.After we completed our purchase Brett and his team carried out the work as outlined in the report.
