Great selection of new, nearly new and used skodas. In various models and standards. Customer service was handled well and once I had specified my interests I was guided through my options until I was happy. Part exchange possible and I have been happy with post sale support and help so far. Jonathan was helpful and patient and listened to what I wanted and the direction I was going in with my purchase.

After several very poor experiences at Big Name Dealerships I paid Mervyn Stewarts Conlig Skoda dealership a visit. Carl Wilson gave us a warm, friendly welcome and engaged us in a relaxed preliminary discussion. Carl listened carefully, answered questions directly and clearly and when did not know the answer he had the honesty to say so and always remembered to get the answer. No bluffing, no evasion just straight talking by relaxed professional deal maker . Once we got into negotiation Carl was able to manage the Dance of Concessions with good humour and realism. Within 3 hours we had a win win deal. Great communication between Deal and Collection, by Carl. Overall a refreshingly positive experience. The whole team, Martin McGuire, the Service Manager and Alison were all consistently helpful and had a real Can - do attitude. We will be back. Don't waste your time and energy on other Big Name bluffers and high pressure tactics just do the deal at Mervyn Stewart Conlig.

Purchased car 2 months ago.transferred money infront of the staff but they made me to wait in the showroom for long time on the day of car purchase to make sure that they get payment in account. Now, even after 2 months staff didt give me the reciept for the payment i made. Contacted many time with no response.

While visiting Belfast the side window of my skoda fabia got stuck open. With having a 5 hour drive home I had to get it fixed as a matter of urgency.The Belfast skoda garage referred me to Alan at the Banger garage and he kindly got my car booked in 8.30am slot. Alan and the team pulled out all the stops to get it fixed and on my way. Was all done by 10.00am .Really appreciated. I'm one very happy customer.

Not a very nice sales experience would not go back

Went in last friday the 6th jan 2023 with wife to order a mobility car. Dealt with Carl great guy great service took us for test drive was so helpfull with us . Car ordered .

Recently purchased a new Skoda Fabia. Customer service was excellent; friendly, professional, and efficient in both the sales and servicing teams. Very happy customer. 5*

Friendly and helpful staff. New facility with a nice waiting area. Loaner car available during service though may need to schedule service in advance.
