Only useful if you are looking repeat prescription or sickline. Wrong information given by the receptionist is very common and no one cares about stress and inconvenience it caused. Very poor service, I don't recommend.

The Practice is great. All the staff from Reception to Doctors are excellent. Everyone is courteous, professional and caring. The range of services are good and referrals happen in a timely manner.

Please be advised the confidentiality of medical records between consultants and GP about you are issued to third parties without the patients consent. This is illegal and Roisin Rafferty forwards information which is deliberately deceptive ie omitting information or sending information via non encrypted methods. Unfortunately I have no choice but to report these matters to the relevant bodies.

I have been a patient at Finaghy Health Centre in the Irwin practice for over 30 years and cannot speak highly enough of it. There has been wonderful care for my family, at every life stage. Both GPs and nurses have been unfailingly attentive, and administrative staff have always been courteous and efficient. In the face of incredible pressures in recent years they have worked hard to maintain high standards both in medicine and in inter-personal relations.

I have been a patient since 2010 and my experience is excellent. I accidentally landed on the google page and I felt I had to write something because some reviews I read are unfair. Staff from Reception to Doctors are great, courteous and professional.I highly recommend!
