Would rate 0 if possible - Wrong order and then insulted by the ownerI ordered a Ma-Po Tofu from the 'vegetarian' section and when it arrived there was meat in it. I called the takeaway to notify them of this mistake and they made me feel stupid for not knowing what Ma-Po tofu is, and said that I should have just assumed it had meat in it, even though it was literally listed in the 'vegetarian' section. They were completely unapologetic and insulting, and refused to refund the £4.80 we paid for it unless we drove to their takeaway or paid a further £3 to cover their card costs.

Just getting involved....the chicken curry just flopped out the container gelatine style...just trying now.....its bad....unedible.....luckily enough I ordered chips also from down th rd called deep blue....chip butty it is.....

Ordered food, recieved it late was cold & not good.They told me my order was a certain price then on the way changed the price and put it up a extra £6 just for delivery refused to pay it,Won't order from there again,Terrible

First time ordering today, the lady was pleasant however the food was awful! Very salty! That all you could tatse, The chicken balls were dry and more batter than meat!. Shame to throw money in the bin!

Absolutely fantastic. The best fish and chips I've had in a long time. Portion size was brilliant. Will definitely be going back

Very poor, food arrived late. My sausage was not cooked properly- I couldn't even eat it. fish was so oily I felt sick after one bite. Customer service poor also, no resolution to the problem. Waste of my money

Someone recommended this take away to me so I ordered at 6.30pm on a Saturday to be told my order would be 45 mins it didn’t turn up after numerous calls they said 5 mins then again 5 mins 2 hours later still no food then another phone call it’s going to be 15 mins so asked for discount they said £2 off bill bloody ridiculous shocking customer service !!! Do not even bother with this take away

Absolutely disgusting i would rate this in the negative but because of the system i cannot. they charge this much money for a so called large portion of chips to be stone cold like it just came out of the freezer and to my surprice their was finger nails and a bit of hair inside my fish and chips and you charge £5 delivery and i had to wait 2 hours would not recommend unless you want frozen chips that just came out

We used to have a very good food from Terry’s however tonight the food was very oily and absolutely not eatable. When my partner called the shop to rectify the issue they simply put the phone down on him and stop answering any other calls. There wasn’t no apology or offer to re-cook the food which costed us £50. Service is absolutely appalling
