Fantastic service from Lesley at MCS. She went above and beyond to get me a new model of helmet, in my size ordered in to stock, just so I could see it. Other retailers wouldn't have done that. Absolutely fantastic service from MCS Yamaha, the team have dealt with myself and my parents a few times as we are all bikers and have been in previously for the clothing. This time I bought a bike from them and the whole process was very professional and, compared previous experiences I've had elsewhere, very friendly. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and if there's anything they don't know they are willing to find out for you. I recently bought this Harley Davidson Softail and use it for commuting, its been superb for it despite the rain. The bike was thoroughly checked by the team at MCS which gave me the confidence when purchasing this that it would be in great condition. I did a part exchange with my last bike (another harley) and dealt with Greg for most of it who was a great guy to speak with. He's very friendly and professional at his job and helped arrange everything for me from a test drive, checking the bikes history with previous owner, right through to handing over the keys. My dad came with me and even got to test drive one of the new MT10s which was great for him too. We agreed on a part exchange deal which was fair for both sides and I was very happy to get a good deal that I was aiming for, for my last bike. MCS even check in with me by email after buying the bike to see how I was getting on which was nice of them to do so. Overall would definitely recommend MCS as they are one of the best dealerships I've dealt with for bikes. Thanks

What can I say. Top notch, start to finish. From my initial email query to picking up the bike the service was properly top drawer.Jumped down for a test ride and even though closing time was approaching I never felt rushed.Kept in the loop quickly when there was a small delay in picking the bike up, which wasn’t a bad thing as it gave me peace of mind that they were being thorough with the bike.Would recommend to anyone.

First time look around Sunday with my Brother good selection of bikes, well set up and staff seemed fine. Would reccomend a visit.

Went online to look at bikes and came across mcs so thought I'd have a look fell in love with the xsr legacy so gave them a message contacted me back within minutes Greg was so helpful from start to finish with picking my reg and then picking up the bike was so much nicer in person than in the photos top class service and hopefully be back again for my big bike! I went into MCS looking for information about a starter bike as I’m looking to get my license and Greg went above and beyond to help me. He suggested ways and companies to help me get my license and then went on to explain the safety equipment and what I should look to get to start out as well as what kind of bike I should be looking for.
