Alex and team did a great job repairing and retiling the pan tile roof on our Victorian semi. They are friendly, reliable and trustworthy, and resolved any problems quickly. We hope to use them again for future building projects and would not hesitate to recommend.

This fabulous team worked hard on re-roofing my home and delivered a first rate job on all counts. Alex is a super craftsman and a very fair, honest and pleasant person who was totally responsive to all my requests. Alex and his team did a great job of replacing our roof, gutters and facias. We were impressed with the quality of their work, attention to detail and their hard work - despite the very hot weather on some days. Nothing was too much trouble and at the end of each day, they let us know what had been done and the work they would be doing the next day. Each evening they cleaned up any mess and were friendly and professional throughout.

Alex and his team did a fantastic job relining/battening and insulating our roof. Old tiles lifted and re-used. Really pleased with the quality of the work undertaken. Reliable, efficient and good value! Scaffolding didn't hang around too long either. Highly recommend.

Very professional, explained everything in a way I could understand (always a bonus). I had all gutters replaced, some cladding replaced and an area of the roof that was rotten all fixed. Some of the guttering didn't need replacing so Alex just cleaned it and let me know that it was fine. He cleaned the areas after removing the old and before installing the new. He left all areas around the house clean and tidy. Very quick worker which may be due to the black coffee that he enjoys! I would highly recommend Alex and will be using him again for some other work that I need doing.

We got Alex to re roof our house. All the way through, from first contact to him leaving everything tidy at the end, the process was seamless and the quality of work excellent. We were amazed at his attention to the smallest details. Communication was excellent. We were kept in the loop form the start; from details about when the scaffolders, skip and materials would arrive through to telling us exactly what they planned to do each day. He and his team were always cheerful, polite and friendly. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

Alex reroofed our Victorian cottage and we are delighted with the results. From initial estimate to completing the work, Alex was faultless.The work came in exactly in the time frame planned, even with the additional slates required, and exactly as budgeted. It was hassle free and everything was organised from scaffolding to cleaning up at the end of the job.Alex worked really hard, and during the hottest week of the year! He was a pleasure to have around and our roof now looks brand new. We could not be happier and I would recommend him without hesitation.

We used Alex of AF Roofers for repairs to our pantile roof, to replace the ridge tiles and strip the valleys. He and his team work hard, and did a great job. We are very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend Alex and his team.
