Maintained homes

Cal and Jay have done a few jobs now, and they have been excellent. They turn up when they say they will, and keep me informed as they go along. I trust them to just get on with it, and have no issues leaving them if I need to go out. They are very polite, clean up after they have finished their job, and have a wide range of skills - tiling, plastering, shower repairs, ceiling leaks, kitchens.

I cannot recommend Kyle and his team enough! They have helped me with so many issues in my property from painting to fixing my toilet. Kyle is so professional and his team are always on time, smart and know what they are there for. If you have any property issues I highly recommend ringing Kyle.Thankyou once again ☺️

What a pleasure it’s been to meet kyle at maintained homes. They have recently taken over management for a number of my properties across the Wirral.Kyle is very effective when it comes to communicating with myself and tenants, he is an extremely pleasant and professional business man.
