This place is painfully inefficient and the staff have poor communications skills. Having had another tyre replaced in the area recently I was astounded at how long it took this team to accomplish the same task. Stressful music playing very loudly all the time and you have to wait around listening due to their complete lack of process.

The staff was excellent - courteous, professional, and helpful. One of them even helped out on a small issue unrelated to the work for around ten minutes and I wasn't charged.But the garage doesn't have a place where customers can leave there car while they wait to be worked on. Consequently, you have to be there for the entire time. They don't even give appointments. So it's very possible that you have to just wait around for over an hour before they even look at the car.If they gave customers slots, I'd be happy to recommend them. But under the current circumstances, I wouldn't.

Book my car in for 2 rear tyre replacements. They made me wait 3 hours. I wasn’t allowed to leave the car and keys with them, I had to wait the full time with the car. They completed the job and 2 weeks later the tyres were going down. Took the car to a different garage and was told the wheels hadn’t been cleaned properly before the new tyres were placed and so they were leaking. Had to pay a different garage to take the tyres off, clean the wheels and place a sealant. Would never ever go back to this place and would never recommend them to anyone else.

Amazing service! The guys in the garage doing the actual fitting of the tyres were absolute aces!! It’s a shame I didn’t get their names. They were so so helpful…helped me diagnose an unrelated problem ….spent an additional 20mins on it and didn’t charge me anything….even called an engineer from the neighbouring business…German Motor Company to get his opinion…thank you so much guys!

These guys have been looking after my cars now for almost 8 years. I can’t recommend them highly enough and I don’t go anywhere else. If it’s not urgent you might want to pick a time of day that’s not surging as wait times can really back up during busy periods, usually opening is a good shout. They’re honest and won’t try to rip you off or upsell you things you don’t need.

Went for 2 new rear tyres. Service was terrible. I needed the rear tyres changing however I wanted the new tyres swapped to the front as the car is front wheel drive and the new tyres should be on the front. They wanted an extra £20 for this and gave me some made up story about the rears needing more grip. Was then told I had to wait with the car the entire time due to there not being enough parking space??

A very unpleasant experience, I’ve been asked to wait in my car for almost 2 hours and after they’ve fit all the new four tires on my car I realised just after I left that the tire on the back right was wrong and in a different size than what I ordered. Good thing I checked because I really don’t trust garages in general. Anyway, I went back instantly they didn’t even apologise and they just put me back in the queue where I spent over another hour to have it replaced with the correct one.

What can I say about these guys? They were absolutely amazing! Their workmanship, customer service skills, and displays of honesty were truly remarkable. They repaired a repair done by another garage, which was poorly done and leaking air. They showed me what was wrong and fixed it to a high standard.This is my go-to place now. 10 out of 10.
