Post man never delivers parcels, doesn’t even leave a card, the only way I know I have a parcel is due is because the sender tells me, so always end up collecting, which I could live with until now that they are only open 8am until 2pm. Don’t they realise people have to go to work. Only Royal Mail could operate like this, useless.

Says its open on google but its not, 1st they fail to deliver when I was in the day they posted the attempted delivery, now I can't collect my parcel because their never open

this is review for RM Belper Delivery Office (NOT Post office in co-op!) I have always had only positive experience with the guys here, polite, helpful and professional! I'd rather walk extra 10 mins and get my parcels dropped with them than go to co-op post office at Belper.

The staff at royal mail look after your parcels if you had one attempted to be delivered and you were out, they are very friendly at Belper branch

Some drivers leave your parcel some don't. Having to wait as you cannot book time slot. Also depot only open for 2 hrs a day so try not to get deliveries from PO

Always pleasant & helpful when i collect parcels. Can get quite busy and queue time depends on what time of day you get there. Parking space is limited however, people are not there long so not tòo problematic

They used to keep decent hours when you could pick up packages on your way to work. Now, however, the opening hours are neither use nor ornament: they're only to suit the Royal Mail personnel.

Nice staff, but deliveries don't take into account people at work (having to wait 2 days before I can pick up an important parcel) and parking isn't really available!

Parcel left with neighbour, no slip through door, vendor was told it had been damaged in transit and missing. Couple of days later neighbour brought in round. Previously twice refused to give compensation when parcels lost despite having all receipts as proof and being fully insured

They do not care when you attempt to launch a complaint with them about the misconduct of their staff. The rude Mr Chapman who tends to answer the phone and its his voice on the answer phone! advises to call back and speak with a manager at a later time. then refuses to let you speak to them along with him speaking to the manager in the background and you can hear them telling him to say they have gone home.
