Some of the cashiers completely ignore you, no greetings or a simple bye, have a nice day and they do their jobs so slowly.Others (mostly the ladies) are really nice andThe market itself is ok. You can find most of the things you need.

Very bad customer service in the tobacco section, she is very rude but this is not the first time! I saw here behaving rude before, on my last few visits. Please avoid Tesco's in mall Luton. So sick off her

The staff are professional and friendly but beware of the prices! This especially concerns meal deals or 2 for 1 meals. They often promise a reasonable price but when you get to the tills it is completely different!Sometimes each meal comes to £3.45!This appears to be happening in all the Tesco stores nationwide and it feels like this is being allowed. The management do not seem to be as receptive or as proactive to feedback as Lidl who are willing to listen to the customer and make positive changes.

Used to be a decent store before it was changed to an express. Now they have fridges storing beers and wines that do not need to be there, other products that could go in there have disappeared. Very unhappy with Tesco for this change and now do not use as much as I used to.The store is too large to be an express. Tesco needs to realise that not everybody has access to the larger stores and home shopping. Some actually like to get out and choose their own items.I guess someone from Tesco must have seen this by now but shop has still not changed, over priced and no good to the older generation of Luton.
