Extremely rude lady spoke to me like a piece of dirt today wouldn't listen very condescending was in tears after 3 calls with her spoke over me she was ay torquay from teignmouth and I was shocked how we were spoken to.

My beloved pet and assistance dog Cady was fully assessed after a major stroke. The vet was so kind, so unhurried, so understanding whilst Cady was gently helped to pass away. Thankyou for your care.

Everyone I have seen and spoken to have been lovely. They love the animals and take good care of them. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Extremely expensive vets and I would seriously recommend against using them!!!Mis diagnosed on a biopsy, advising fish scale disease, which apparently would lead to the dog being put down.Bayview advised in very expensive medication charged on a monthly basis to the previous owner. The biopsy left terrible scars and the expensive medication caused major hair loss. After just one week of taking ownership of the 8 month old puppy and stopping the expensive medication her skin condition completely cleared up and now two months on, she has beautiful skin, with absolutely no sign of any skin condition. All her hair has grown back and she is a perfectly healthy, beautiful little girl!

Bay Vet Group Teignmouth is a veterinary practice where you should NOT take you pet !!!The medication is 2,3 times more expensive than vets4pets or online vet shops selling medicationThey will ask for 27 pounds for a prescription if you want to buy the medication onlineI've been there with my pet with the same problem 3 times in a month .They charged 40 pounds every time for reexamination .First time they prescribed a 3 weeks treatment shampoo and pills which wasn't fully efficientSecond time they prescribed me same pills treatment costing 100 pounds(APOQUEL which cost 0.81 online vet shop and bought from bay vet practice cost 1.59 a pill ) and a Virbac Indorex Defence Flea Spray 500ml which can be used indoor costing extra 30 pounds ( everywhere else is 12 pounds vets4pets or online amazon or online vet shops ) which i believe was used and the spray seal was broken and asking for a replacement, NOT A REFUND , they sent my an email saying they will not replace the product .Check the expiry date on all the products and seal if you buy something before leaving the practiceThird time after 4 days later paying again for a second reexamination and they prescribed another type of medication (steroids which cost 0.05 online vet and bought from bay vet practice cost 1.80 a pill ) stopping the 100 pounds pills medication previous prescribed and bin in .This is my real story with Bay Vet Teignmouth , spending nearly 400 pounds and the problem is still there .Is not about money , is about your pet being treated with pills that are not effective in 1 month time and 3 visits to the practice !!! with no improvement and they will sell you house flea treatments and flea spot on pipetts (bravecto 50 mg which cost 35 pounds 1 pipette , where online shop cost 15 pounds 1 pipette) ,100 pounds pills that they went into bin after 4 days, instead of investigating same problem and same symptoms 3 times . Weighted and looked for fleas and mites 3 times doesn't really helpAs a user of BAY VET GROUP TEIGNMOUTH i will NOT RECOMMEND this place , is was a waste of my time and my money and your my little friend it will be in the same trouble !!!

They look after my doggy very well.

Great practice, very friendly staff and looked after the cat very well for his vaccinations. They made a fuss of him and gave him treats and he genuinely doesn't mind the vets. I highly recommend.

Overpriced, misdiagnosed and staff extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful. Everytime I call they immediately get on the defensive, it seems that nothing is their fault. I took my rabbit to them and after saying they could fix the problem in one operation that cost over £400 it took two more totaling over £1500 and the rabbit ended up having to be put down. When I took my dog who had a very common genetic problem they made me feel like it was totally my fault and that I didn't care for my animal at all, ending up with me in tears and my poor dog put through countless traumatic visits with no results. They are uncaring and money grabbing and I would stay clear
