I bought a BMW Z4 recently from Stuart at Normans Motors.After reading all the reviews and seeing that the dealership appeared to have a fab reputation, I took the plunge and bought the car without seeing it trusting it was as good as the dealership said it was.Right from the off Stuart was great to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and tbh I didn’t feel like I was dealing with a car salesman at all just a nice bloke.Everything went through very quickly and the car was delivered to my home the following week 290 miles away.I’m more than happy with the car and the service I got from Normans Motors, I have no problem recommending this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle.Highly recommend!

A great dealership, no pressure to buy and once we had decided no rush to complete. Collected at our convenience with a great reception when we did. Can’t recommend this group enough.Have returned a couple of years later, to purchase another car. Again great service, had a (long as you like) test drive followed by a no pressure chat.Again would highly recommend.

I am very happy with Norman motors. They were nothing but professional, and most importantly, the car is exactly as advertised. They were efficient, polite, and not at all pushy. Stuart and Russel were both very easy to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic service at norman motors, my wife found the car for me, I call up, put a deposit on the car i wanted to purchase then two days later i went to pick the car up with out even test driving the car. When i got there I was handed the keys straight away to have a look over the car, after that I was shown all the work they had carried out on the car any little problems were sorted out for me, with out me even asking. Not many places left that would do this work anymore, and didn't even put the cost on to the car. So if your looking for a high quality place to get your new car then norman motors it should be.

Great local used car dealer. Everything on the forecourt looked to be great. The staff member i spoke to was very friendly and allowd me to spend alot of time looking over the car and take a test drive without any drama or sales pressure.Would happily buy a car from them.

Bought a car in January during the pandemic. You are not allowed to test before purchase. On the day I bought a car, I returned to show the water in headlights. I was to promise by Mr Russell that all will be sorted out. Car is still on warranty so they sent me to the Skoda.After 2 times being there they say all is good with the lights!!As longer I use a lights condensation is worst - its boiling inside!I decided to return the faulty car back to Norman - after a chat with the main office they said there is no chance to return the car because all is good!When I went to 2 independent garages they said lights are unacceptable!!! Next step will be court. I was thinking that the Norman car is a brand - maybe 10 years ago but not now - there is a lot of promise before sale - when you pay and there is something wrong with the car you can only hear sorry not much we can do"!!!Very disappointed!"

Had a really great experience buying from here, I bought a 4 series and have had it for 6 months now with no issues. The whole experience buying from Norman Motors was very easy, a massive thank you to Stuart and Russel. Had bad experiences with other dealers so nice to find one you can trust
