I used to really like this place until.they started to be stingy on service both in store and online with too good food app cancelling orders just so they can go give them to their friends or to keep for themselves they also have rude staff in the cafe Nero in Crawley

We had coffee here. There was plenty of seating- comfortable sofas and tables etc. They served us quickly. There were plenty of snack and drink options. Didn't have to queue, on a busy Saturday afternoon in town.

Far better than Starbucks as the local babies seem to scream far less in here Maybe the background music appeals to them more The Starbucks background music is hateful

I've been coming in here for years and has always been a good service. Today deserved 1 star due to a new member of staff who has all the customer service skills of a brick. As I've been coming here for years I'll give it a few more go's before I change coffee shops. Cafe Nero you need to ensure your staff are fully trained in customer service skills before you let them loose. The ability to interact in a polite & civil manner is paramount.
