If you are wondering if you should give Ossi’s a try, wonder no more. The pizza was extraordinary! Tasty, flavourful, cooked to a T. We had “Don’t tell mama” pizza with chicken wings on the side. I was happy, family were happy, YOU will be happy. Trust me, go and enjoy the food, have a nice chat with the team and within 5 mins was ready and good to go!

I’m ordering from Ossi’s for nearly 10 years now and i can honestly say that is the best one in Norwich! Is always fresh and really tasty , the staff is kind and helful! After tonight’s kebab we decided that is time to give this review because the food was excellent like always! Thank you a lot for all this years!

First time in this place, it’s one of the best ones in Norwich clearly in NR4 , food is amazingLots of parking space and it’s located in a beautiful estate

Very rude staff and very poor customer service from the person in the front today on 1/09/23, 19:30. Would not recommend anyone to come here.

We had cheesy chips and pizza from here and although we had it takeaway, it came quickly, hot and really delicious. Very nice staff.

Order was meant to arrive between 2:45 and 3:05, at 20 past 3 I rung up and could barely hear the guy on the phone, said something about sending it to the wrong address and that it was with another driver and wouldn't be long. It was then another 25 minutes or so. Food was warm at best, soggy chewy chips, the salad in the burgers felt old. Watery garlic sauce, uncooked soggy batter on the chicken burger and the fried chicken in the meal tasted and felt old. Had food from here before and not had any issues so don't know what happened tonight but we will definitely not be ordering from here again.

took payment from me at 2:38 waited till 3:30 before calling and they have ignored every call, 24x i’ve called, not received any food

Decent food, big burgers, quite cheap as well. The chips were surprisingly nice.
