Customer service is appalling. I have tried to cancel three things with them. My internet for a house I left 5 months ago still isn't cancelled as they keep messing up. I have tried each month and spent 6 hours every time trying to resolve the problem. My phone aim is no longer no service but they messed that bill I'm too. A tablet that took several months to cancel (now cancelled) they kept giving me different cancellation fees and calling an extra £80 a discount..

Waited over a week for a phone after an insurance claim, the new phone doesn't charge and can't download anything..even when it's the exact same model as my old phone. Going to have to wait another week, no way of contacting any friends or family. NOT HAPPY. Returning back to geek squad.

Shocking service! Only putting 1* for the poor guy that did actually try and to help me. We were overtaken by a rude and condescending member of staff! Didn't listen when I described the problem, cut me off, talked over me and said they couldn't help in any way. Incredibly condescending, called me Darling non stop (I have shoes older than you sweetheart!). Sort your staff out Vodafone, they are losing you customers!

Tried to get a pay as you go mobile for a disabled customer with learning difficulties. Manager refused to sell a phone because he would not accept cash as payment. I explained the situation but I feel he would be more interested in watching paint dry than listening to me. Apparently covid law says that you must not accept payment by cash.Disgusted

Looking to upgrade my existing phone contract, but they were so much more expensive than other networks. Asked them for a deal but they refused, asked them to cancel contract and they fobbed me off. Shopped around and got a much better offer at different network shop.

Really helpful and pleasant staff.Craig and Johnny sorted out a problem we had with our sim card efficiently and gave us good advice and practical information on using our mobiles.Very good service .
