I have mixed feelings about this place. When I went the first time, I felt all was excellent, and I got superb attention the following appointments. The audiologist was excellent, very helpful and amazing.Turns out, as it usually happens! that she left.Since then, it hasn't been easy to get an appointment and even once I got really upset because of the bad customer service. How is it possible that after paying over £3000 for hearing aids they intend to charge you for cable changes etc? Then when I suggested to put other forms of contact for the clients other than the telephone, the person from the shop asked me why?I mean, isn't it a hearing care? What about being inclusive?I will try other location next as I don't feel confident going here anymore!
