Given the benefit of the doubt many times and I am not going back again. Both me and my dog have left upset on our most recent visit due to the attitude and approach of the owner and I am not happy with listening to other dogs being told to “shut up” whilst they are left wet waiting in cages. Also never does what cut I ask for and makes out my dog is trouble as an excuse. Another lovely salon has welcomed us since. 2 stars as the cuts she’s chosen to do have looked nice albeit not what I wanted.

Nothing is too much trouble for Judy; she is brilliant with my elderly dog; she occasionally has dogs in that are difficult to deal with but, that is their owners issue, not Judy's.
