I DONT USUALLY PUT BAD REVIEWS TO TRY HELP THE BUSINESS, I only do if I feel that it’s Extremely necessary, in this occasion I had an extremely bad customer experience, I’m a property investor and I have been here 3 times, the first 2 times I have been there no problems at all, the third time, I placed an order with a guy that doesn’t speak good English but bless his soul he did no wrong, he is actually very hard working as I saw him testing the washer mashings in the back, so he is actually very good, and very polite, his name was DIARI, when I went back to find out when they was going to deliver it, the North African guy, his name was MAJID, jumped in started making up prices, saying £40 delivery then it became £50 delivery, “bear in mind the the other 2 times they delivered it for free! I could tell already that for some reason he had some bad intentions against me, I’m not sure why, or maybe he is just like that as a person! Then he started making statements about me begging for discounts and causing issues to them in the past which is absolutely not true, he probably confused me for someone else and accused me for that! Hence this bad review! And only because of those absurd accusations I felt bad about the guy that didn’t speak good English and gave his an extra tip, and after all of that the worst part is the that the guy MAJID, delivered the fridge and washer machine and didn’t install them, just left them there and left the house!!
