One of the tiny Pentalobe screws at the bottom of my iPhone 12 Pro had become completely burred and needing to replace the camera that had become faulty, became an impossible task as I couldn’t remove the screen. Attempting to do so, the screen cracked and so I gave up trying to repair myself and decided to take it into this repair shop. Upon inspecting the phone, he advised that he wouldn’t be able to get access due to the damage screw and that the screen would need to be broken to get access from the inside. Seeing as though I had already cracked it myself I did need the screen replacement as well. At the time I was reassured that screen replacement would be an OLED screen. I was sceptical but needing the device to be fixed ASAP. I went ahead with the repair for £130. To the guys credit he did replace the camera module for half price as I already had purchased the component which still works as expected however shortly after bringing the device home it became obvious that the screen itself was not an OLED replacement. There is a weird tint when viewing the phone from an angle, the blacks are more of a grey due to the backlight and now purple patches have appeared on the screen and which is typical of LCD screens that are damaged. It is disappointing to see this following his reassurance though I appreciate I did chose the cheaper option. I am unsure whether I should request a refund or a second attempt to repair with a genuine OLED screen..

Very please with the services provided and the purchase of second phone. He managed to transfer all the data and nothing was to much trouble. Would highly recommend!

11.45am Sunday I smashed the screen on my Moto G phone - not a common handset. My daughter recommended iPhone Care, so after lunch I called in at 1pm. 1 hour later the phone was back with me, repaired (& with a screen protector). Fantastic service and a great price.

I am disabled and depend on my mob phone. I have a Redmi 10 note.the battery swelled up and damaged an internal lead. It was taken to iPhone care by my wife. A quote for repair was provided. Just over 24hrs turn round when parts required were received. First class service and no hassle. Can highly recommend this outlet. Owner was polite and friendly phone picked up yesterday and my thanks for an efficient and caring shop.

Had a problem with my Apple ipad pro and took it here. What can I say apart from excellent service, went above and beyond to get it repaired. Told me costs etc before doing anything and got it working all good again at a good cost. Would definitely recommend a visit if it's only to ask advice, buy new cases and mobile repairs etc.

Took my black screen iPhone here on a Sunday and he diagnosed within 10 seconds and full screen repaired within the hour. Excellent service

Took my iPhone in as had smashed the back glass when dropped it on floor . Was fixed in two hours and did a good job very pleased with the service . Will use again if I’m unfortunate enough to damage it again . Good price too

Got my iPhone XR smashed screen fixed by this shop today, the screen was getting worse with the ink smudging etc. They said it would be done within 15 minutes and best believe it was! The best priced quote I got in Beverley and surrounding areas. Cannot recommend this shop enough! Would’ve put 10 stars if I could! Thanks again!
