The worse store I've ever been in. The store window advertise a big sale. Only on certain products shown labelling sale £ prices. Although neither of the products are listed with £GBP amount. Your purchasing an item that isn't priced tagged.certain identical items are on sale and the other identical item isn't. Staff member asks to rate service 0-10. Before you even purchased the items. Rather stick to my local at west thurrock lakeside.

Ordered two pairs of trainers online they took my money placed my order sent me a email saying there both ready to be collected I got there and they told me the trainers I ordered they didn't have in stock! This has happened twice to me now I advise no one order anything online because they will take your money tell you it's ready to be collected then you get there and they say it wasn't in stock, bloody joke!

You can get some good bargains here but a lot of what they sell is for chavs and the shop always seems to be a bit of a jumble sale. Better organisation updated lighting and a well trained team would help this outlet.

I do love a JD sports... This one in Clacton on sea is well stocked but the shop is on the small side compared to what I'm use to in London.. Staff are very cool and do a good job..

Thought I would look at trainers today so put my mask on and was the only one wearing one in the very crowded little shop! They clearly have a complete disregard of the present operating regulations, so turned around and left the shop immediately before even looking. I realise its the customers disregard but frankly its totally mismanaged.

This shop has a great variety of sports and casual clothes. They stock all the big brands and you get it much much cheaper than the high street store as this is a factory outlet, so if you want to shop sports wear head to JD store !!

Very small store but still managed to find something I wanted. Staff were helpful and friendly even though they were due to close.
