Awful service! Was told 7-10 days for resizing my wedding band. 4 weeks later and an increase in cost and I was finally able to pick it up.Took my mum’s engagement ring in to have a stone re-set. Again told 2 weeks. 6 weeks later and it’s still not ready and couldn’t be located in the store! Very unhappy!

Had my bracelet for several weeks, then when i picked up, got home was not fixed went back second time, same thing happened, bracelet still not fixed

I needed a Gin glass with engraving and John has come up trumps. The engraving/etching is superb and it was well priced too. Communication was good throughout and the finished article exceeded my expectations, given how difficult it is to etch a gin glass! Really pleased with the work and with the clarity on the glass....it is excellent. Very professional and i would definitely recommend.
