Windsor Holiday Park

We booked here mainly because we love the area, and I'm so glad we did. It was our first time in our caravan, and everything went smoothly. The whole site was spotless and the staff were so friendly. We have a 22 month old who is just finding his feet and words and any staff we met took time out to have a chat with him. Toilet and shower block were always clean, only downside was having to keep pushing the button for the shower but it was a very minor inconvenience. 5 star rating isn't high enough, we will definitely be back

Ther customer service by the owner is atrocious, very rude, inconsiderate, definitely not a people person. Shouts at children with AUTISM!!! Telling them to go away.We own a static caravan and the owner would come round and slam the windows shut because the t.v is too loud"Overcharges his customers especially those who own statics.Scares the children as the owner makes threats to very young children

Excellent site. Deserves it’s 5 stars. Amenity block is spotless. Warden and his partner do a great job keeping everything neat and tidy. Close to the town. Will be back. Highly recommended.

This place has friendly staff that are willing to help at all times of the day and very helpful. The first time I was here, I was new to caravanning and a guy who worked here helped me get the van into place without even asking for help.The site in general is so so so so well maintained. It's impressive. The grass is rich in colour and healthy, cut perfectly like a professional pro golf course. The hedges are always cut back and kept looking super tidy. They obviously take great pride in their park. The area is well laid out of great pitches with all you need to set up.This is our third time camping in Newcastle and after being here I can't see any reason at all to ever try any other parks nearby!!The kids play park here is fantastic with a great selection of activities for kids. It's also well maintained with great fantastic flooring which is soft and safe for kids to play on. They also have a games room for older kids and adults.The toilets are clean and always stocked with rolls and soaps.My only gripe is that I can't leave early in the morning with the car to go fishing as there is a barrier stopping me.I highly recommend this place!

The owners customer approached was overpowering, NO COMPASSION not even hello do you need anything, is the pitch ok for you, do you know were everything is none of the above. I felt Frightened of him and that I was been picked on. All I wanted was a relaxing weekend away. Apparently he watched on camera an indecent about my dog, the story changed towards the end. I felt very very intimidated with his attitude and wanted to cry. I was even frightened to put rubish in the bin as the sign said CCTV in operation and could be fined by putting the wrong rubbish in the bin, even though there were no recycling bins. There were signs up saying no ball games and people were playing with a ball outside the office,I didn't see them being approached, there was a dog that fowled at the caravan in front of mine and the owner watched and walked on. I didn't see her being approached, I left the caravan site the next day. I will never be back. We were down to look about buying a caravan and site there, this would be the last place I wouldn't recommendto anyone.

The park was v clean and tidy but felt that the pitches were v close to one another. There was a lot of noise and a lot of children running around. If you want a peaceful few days then this is not the site to book. We felt on top of one another with the other people on site. Would not recommend this site to a couple needing peace and quiet.

Site very tidy toliets/ showers spotless Anthony & wife very helpful & friendly always working attending plant boxes/ grass cutting cleaning toilets & shower room will definitely return again with touring caravan.

Too strict had to be in the caravan at 11 o'clock. If you weren't someone came round and told you to get inside. Who exactly do they think they are. Won't ever be back. Was just me and my wife in the caravan so no loud music,party's or anything. Treated like prisoners in a holiday camp.

Great caravan park . No issues taking in a classic tourer..Good facilities right in the middle of the park making access easy for all.
