Castle Marina Retail Park

AVOID THIS PARK. Stores are fine but the site uses a predatory parking service called UKCPS. If you leave the site AT ALL in the time period you are there you will be issued a £100 fine. Did you spend money at the local stores? Doesn't matter! After appealing with the company they denied the appeal as I was in breach of the car park terms" despite using the retail park as intended.Local stores were absolutely unhelpful in this regard even though I made them aware we were paying customers being charged wrongly for parking. Needless to say we won't be returning to this retail park until they change their scummy parking service. SAVE YOURSELVES A PARKING CHARGE

I can see now other people got into a scam by parking ticketing. I was unfortunate to park there and despite being on site, still received ticket. Same place as others pointed, by the rocks and sitting area. This is ridiculous. No wonder so many stores closed there already. Avoid to every point!Also, if you appeal against it, they take longer than 14 days to answer and still charge you in the end but not £60 early payment,but full amount of £100.Their online payment service doesn't work, you have to call. This is one of the biggest legal scam I've ever been scammed. Thieves!

Parking is a joke we paked up to go b@m and pets at home and parked in between curry's and the carpet store in between here is a grass area with some stone artwork which is classed as being a part of the retail park and as a path way from curry's to the carpet shop behind the bank of grass and artwork after leaving b@m we bought some pop as it was a hot day and decided to go sit on the bank which is still apart of the carpark and sat on the bank of the other side with are backs turned to the carpark and unable to see the carpark as on an incline well we have now received a ticket we have put are appeal in and stated that we did not leave the carpark as was sat on the bank as still part the retail park and we got this confirmed by curry's and the carpet shop but the carpark company are still saying we left the carpark absolute joke no ticket left on the car and was also informed the person who patrols the carpark sits in is car waiting for ppl and does not even ware a unform

Popped into a coffee shop there, good service and the drink was as expected.

Huge number of parking slots, fairly generous space and well marked. Sections for families, wheelchair users.Petrol station and recyling bins adjacent.No parking charge.Sainsburys store is wonderful.

Do not waste your time using this retail park unless you want to be fined! My partner visited this retail parked and went into home sense and furniture village. Days later he received a fine stating that he left the site whilst parked up. Seeing as the two shops he visited are in fact on site and did not need to leave we was appalled by this fine and rightfully appealed. I asked for photo evidence which they could not supply and stated that the driver had black hair. The response we got had us both in stitches as my partner is actually bold so I do wonder where or how they got this Information. Our appeal was declined even though they still could not provide evidence. This was his first visit to this retail park and it will most certainly be his last and that speaks for the both of us!

DONT PAY THE PARKING FINE!! I had the same experience as most other reviewers in that I received a fine from parking company UKCPS. I have since contacted the company Equinox who own / run the retail park who have had the fine cancelled - worth a try if you’ve had the same experience!!

If you park your car here, you are not allow to leave the retail park. They issue parking ticket if the driver left the retail park.
