I really want to thank Dr Stow and the dental nurse for their kindness, care and professionalism during my recent tooth extraction. Thanks to my stubborn tooth the procedure was a lengthy one but throughout I was treated with compassion and great care - thank you both so much. Jason

Went for an emergency tooth extraction on 11/05/2021. My dentist, Heather, and her nurse were so professional and empathetic. Made a horrible procedure more bearable and really appreciated all they did to stop my pain :)

Not been to a dentist for ages after a bad experience of paying out hundreds of pounds for someone to instruct me how to brush my teeth.Looked hard for a dentist in Leeds who was listed on the NHs site as taking new NHS referrals. Had to go on a waiting list, which turned out to be not as long as initially indicated. Looked at some startlingly conflicting reviews, so was a bit nervous about my first visit.No need to have worried. Pleasant and efficient reception staff and no nonsense advice from very efficient dentist who sorted me out in no time.Came away with good advice on dental hygiene, and actually purchased a new electric toothbrush as recommended on the way back home. And I wouldn't dare not to double my daily cleans to two before my next appointment as instructed!Also came away reassured that my teeth were not a bad as I had feared after years of passive neglect, and a good feeling about going back again to get them fully sorted out.Extremely happy with the whole experience.

The staff were warm and welcoming and the setting is well presented with a spacious feel.The receptionist Rebecca was fabulous and so helpful and this helpful approach was underpinned by the practice manager who spoke with authority on various dental topics.My wife saw the dentist Kim who very approachable and friendly making the whole experience pleasant.Well done you guys and gals!RegardsWilliam Wallace

I have neglected my teeth for quite some time and needless to say I was extremely nervous to finally go for a check up after numerous years.I had absolutely no need to be nervous at all, Heather and her dental nurse Megan have been extremely polite, professional and welcoming throughout the 4 trips I have made in the last month to get everything I needed sorted.I have felt absolutely no pain during treatment with Heather always making sure my mouth was completely numb and topping up the local anaesthetic if required.Previous reviews for this dental practice refer to the previous staff working there, please do yourself a favour and give the new team a try, they have restored my faith in dentistry after some nasty childhood experiences.

The friendliness of the staff does not make up for their prolonged and unsuccessful root canal treatment.After several appointments spanning from February-June, they could not complete my treatment as they did not have the equipment (or seemingly the knowledge) that was necessary. They supposedly referred me to the LDI for completion of my treatment (in August) however they are still chasing up my referral as the LDI had no such knowledge of it when I rang them in September. It is now November and I am left with a half treated tooth which is covered by a temporary filling. I have been patient and polite throughout the whole process but to be frank I have lost my patience and shall be contacting a more competent dentist about the treatment. The chances are I probably need to the have the tooth removed now.

Never answer the phone, impossible to book an appointment. You have to physically go into the practice. They move appointments last minute. There's a high turnover of staff and the care is poor and often by very young inexperienced dentists.

Extremely poor customer service all round, from waiting on the phone for 20 minutes, to the rude short manner in which the secretary speaks to customers in person as well.As for their expertise; they rushed past obvious solutions for me, moving straight towards to the most expensive treatment on the list. There's plenty of other clean, well ran dental practices out there, where the staff treat customers / patients with respect.This place needs a total revamp in my opinion.

My experience at Headingley dental care were amazing and i felt warm and welcome down to reception team and everyone who i saw and spoke to everyone was very helpful.I had a root treatment from Dr Stow and he made me feel at ease through out the appointment. He talked me through each stage of the treatment and the reasons why always making sure my well-being was at heart,always asking if i was ok or if i felt pain.I couldn't fault my experience here at this practice.Thank you for getting me out of pain.

Finally been seen by my dentist after 3 months wait and 3 cancelled/ rescheduled appointments. One due to the dentist wanting annual leave the day I was booked in, no2 no dentist available the day I was booked in, 3 an emergency appointment taking my booked appointment. The customer service hasn’t been great and I was late for work as after the dentist first appointment of the day which organically was mine time slot ran over by quite some time.
