Too many things that soo wrong now and so much stress to use a coffee company? Why would you go through so much stress to buy coffee?1)In Aug 2021 I joined Nespresso subscription plan, which you get 10% added credit from your monthly direct debit, now when I try to increase the amount from £25 to £35 I'm not getting any added credit at all - I had an option online to change the direct debit amount but not being notified that once you change it you won't get 10% added credit NOR YOU can change it back as it canceled the previous subscription.2) Next day Delivery is not available anymore as now they changed to have all deliveries via DPD - so you have to wait 3-5 working days for your coffee to be delivered3) on 15th Nov 2023 I was suppose to get coffee delivered - DPD had 3 options: Ring a door bell, call mobile, leave at 24/7 concierge but I get a Sorry we missed you note" we left your parcel at the post office (opening hours of which 9-17:30) I can't collect it during these hours
