If you would like a wicked Sunday fitness session. Marc James Fitness (Sunday Bootcamp) is the one!Marc is professional, reliable,knowledgeable and motivating. All round a great guy, puts together a mixture of strength, cardio and core work to set you up for your day.It is also great value for what mark puts into it and what you get out of it. Having been for few weeks now myself - I would highly recommend.

I have been working with Marc the past couple of months now. Marc has a great understanding of my training objectives and has consistently designed programmes that meet my aims, taking into account a back injury I suffered a couple of years ago. Marc is always attentive throughout each session. I really enjoy training with Marc, he is a very friendly, professional trainer, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to achieve fitness goals.

I’ve been attending Bootcamp sessions for about a month now. I am not one for gyms so I’m really pleased to have come across these classes. Marc is a great instructor, very encouraging, friendly and knowledgeable. He tailors the exercises to suit different abilities, he always demonstrates and repeats as we go. I have to say I enjoy the weight training more than the cardio but it’s a great challenge to give it all a go, which I wouldn’t do if I were in the gym by myself. I love that these classes are outdoors. We always finish with some relaxation breathing and when I feel the warm sun on my face and hear the birds chirping, it’s just the best.

Marc is an absolutely fantastic personal trainer. He is very motivating, keep yssou in check to make sure you're doing exercises correctly and actually doing them when he's not around. Most importantly for me is Marc really listened to what it is I want to achieve and what I want the sessions to look like, the service Marc provides is very personalised. I would highly recommend Marc.

After a long (long) break from exercise I have been working with Marc twice a week for 3 months now. Not only do I feel stronger & fitter but also my confidence has massively improved. Marc has lots of knowledge, comes to each session prepared with something different & makes it challenging. I couldn’t rate Marc more highly !

Marc is a professional, characteristic and motivating person. I needed to get a personal trainer to help me with not only my fitness but my confidence too, and I’ve definitely achieved this! I needed a specific workout routine that suited my body type and my goals, which Marc personalised for me. Since introducing me to the “5 pillars of fitness” my lifestyle has changed and now I’ve seen the positive benefits. I would definitely recommend Marc to anyone that’s an ex or current athlete who needs some motivation and goal setting. And I would also recommend anyone who’s new to the gym but needs a hand getting started!

I have worked with Marc on a one to one basis for PT for weight lossI found him extremely professional, punctual and always made my sessions fun and interesting.I had some injuries and he always adapted all the exercises to meet those and mixed up my sessions so they were never repetitive.

Marc is truly a phenomenal PT. After having a baby in October, I wanted to build my confidence before getting back to gym classes. Marc has helped me identify my fitness goals and customizes all our sessions based on my performance. He always pushes me a bit further, I even ran a half marathon in May! The workouts are challenging and rewarding! My partner also trains with Marc and we both find his approach to fitness very motivating. I would highly recommend him as a PT!
