im writing this a year later because i just had a rubbish experience with another florist and it made me think about how lovely it was when i came here. very kind and understanding of my budget and still made a gorgeous bouquet for my gf’s birthday. i went to another shop today and they were so rude and short and made it a rubbish experience and i ended up leaving because i felt uncomfortable. this shop was literally 1 million billion times better and we had a lovely chat and my gf loved her flowers (and still has them dried) anyway love love love and wish i was closer to gosforth but ive moved now

Julie supplied flowers for our vow renewal and they were absolutely beautiful. She took the time to understand our theme and celebration style and suggested the best flower combinations to bring the splash of colour we wanted. My family came into the store to meet Julie regarding family funeral flowers. From our first meeting with Julie we felt confident and comfortable that Julie would do an amazing job. I ordered some flowers off the website for my mum's birthday. The flowers looked the same as the photo. I emailed to make sure it was okay that someone else would be picking up the flowers as I don't live locally, Julie was great and responded quickly. Would highly recommend!
