I sent a request on Sunday for a quote and followed it up with a phone call Tuesday, was told to wait a few more days, called again today to be told they are not taking on anymore work due to too much demand,,So 5 days wasted and a delay to the clients project, shame when business are struggling anyway that you couldn’t have been more honest.

I sent an email through their Web page and followed up with a phone call a week later after no response. Then was advised to email direct to them with build details which I did, only to be told after 2 more days that they aren't taking on customers due to work load.

Ceased trading with no notification they didn't even give us the final sign off. We had 2 different members of staff out to do the final sign off but still nothing received

Full on scumbags. Ceased trading and didn't inform anyone who had paid good money to them. They were given 6 months to clear there outstanding jobs or revert them to another building control company but didn't even bother. Mr Williams, what goes around comes around.

Embarrassingly bad. No shows from inspectors, completion certificate still not signed off 2 months after practical completion. No-one willing to take responsibility. Even the directors put the phone down on you when questioned. Avoid.
