A bank which offers the services you can do from home, but pay in a cheque for over £2000 and you can't do it. When do you ever check bank services to see if paying in a cheque is possible, surely a core service? A wasted journey and time in my life I will never get back.

Form over function; it looks nice, but is a not useful for any sort of practical banking. There's no counter and only two people serving on a Saturday morning, so you're waiting ages for a simple process. Probably will just go to the city centre one next time.

All very well opening a branch for 'digital banking' which I can do myself at home (so why would I use a branch for this?) What about the 4 accounts I have for my children which have pass books to pay money(you know, cash?) Into their accounts? No, you can forget about using these. Thanks Nationwide for alienating a huge amount of customers! Back to the town centre branch then.

Looks very nice but not in the least bit practical. There is no formal queuing system, everyone is all over the place. The last 2 times I have been in, there's only been two staff on, one seemingly just there to apologise to everyone for having to wait for the other. Disorganised.

Terrible idea....not practical at all.How to make life even mire difficult by not offering the facility to manage and pay into Children's accounts with a passbook.Looks good on the outside but a complete waste of money.
