The staff at this soft play are wonderful. The first time I went there my phone was dead and I couldn't pay. The lady was like 'dont worry, just give us your name' and my son could play and they gave me tea and biscuits. I came back later to pay.Yesterday I took both my kids (2 and 5) there and the staff managed to serve coffees, keep the floor continuously hoovered, play party games, decorate cakes (£1.50) with the kids, make keyrings and paper chains (free) and generally be awesome all while appearing totally calm and pleasant in what must be an exhausting job. It meant I was able to sit and read a chapter of a book and have a coffee while the two nippers played - something I very rarely get to do. I hope you are all getting a good wage. If not, join a union and demand it. You deserve it!You are doing something really good at this venue.Thank you!

We visited for the first time today. We rang in advance to check we would be able to get in and staff were friendly and helpful on the phone. Met with a friendly face when we arrived and had some lovely coffees. Two year old had a great time exploring and we would love to return!Tip for anyone thinking of heading along - it was fairly cold in there...which is great for the little ones running around but a jumper would be advisable for grown-ups sitting watching them play.

No good for children under 4 who can’t go in the larger soft play bit. Just a few balls and one slide. There are dolls houses and toy kitchens in the play corner, but no dolls or kitchen toys to play with them? Left within 15 minutes.

Great for younger children and toddlers. It's safe, clean and compact. Most of the soft play is visible from your seat and coffee☕

Grandparents looking after a two year old. An excellent experience. Everyone very friendly, well thought out play area, toy area and dressing up. Also a small cafe with delicious coffee and cakes. We will return.

Horrible and dirty soft play with some vile customers also I came across a horrible toothless grandmother who shouted across the room at me that my child was pushing another smaller child ! Yet her child should have been in the under 5 section if didn’t want to be shoved by other bigger children !Will not return

Our grandson just loves this place. Two hours of frantic fun. Small and friendly and on our doorstep. The staff are great , the equipment is good and not intimidating which leads to a relaxing experience with the kids always close by. We really need these local places on our high street.

Quiet when we went, bonnie really enjoyed, the ball pool and the kids corner. Too young for the climbing frames but she enjoyed watching the other kids.

The building is absolutely freezing in winter. The children don’t seem to notice a they are always active but it’s the sort of place you never remove your overcoat. Parking is a problem because you need a residential permit to park near the building. There is a car park next to the shops that I would recommend as I parked in the street and received a £70 fine.
