I came in with my 16 year old Son and his 3 friends asking me to buy alcohol , they bet £20 i could buy it with them present and if challenged they would make the sale unlike in Northern Ireland. Happily the staff refused the sale and I lost my winnings anyway in that I bought them kebabs . Well done and thank you .

Lovely Co-op, nice staff, perfect. XxDouble check the receipts to prices advertised as they do overcharge or charge different to advertised a few times a year, mostly due to the automatic charging system modern supermarkets use. The lovely staff will be happy to refund or correct the pricing when mentioned.

Very clean and plenty of choice. Got some nice reduced ready meal bargains for the freezer. Large wholemeal loaf reduced to 17p! Great.

Not to bad as co-op's go. But the self service checkouts always have problems. Told me I can't buy baby food the other day this is not a sellable item" tool about 15 minutes and 3 staff to rectify the issue"

Great store for local convenience. You can do your weekly shop here no problem Fresh veg. Bakery items Dairy products Toiletries Household cleaning products, etc etc.

Checkout lets the store down..queue often stretches down the aisles before another cashier appears. Restocking is done in open hours hence always trolleys blocking the the aisles and the shelves. Convenient for me if limited and a bit expensive.

Fine if you only want bread or milk but a full shop is out of the question with these prices unless you want to take out finance for your food.

Great staff. Does an excellent job of making a surprisingly good range of fresh food and groceries available in an isolated, rural area. But, obviously, if you have a car or are into online shopping, there are bigger and cheaper supermarkets 10 miles away.

Handy shop with large free car park to rear. Friendly staff. Costa coffee and hot sausage rolls/pies as well as usual ready made sandwiches/salads. Not the cheapest but is a nice shop and very convenient because quite a way to large towns. Don't mind paying a bit more for convenience.

Felt safer than bigger supermarkets but still had loads of good stuff considering it's in a smallish village, good organic staples too.
