Both stairs and step-free access to the platforms. I was surprised that there are no toilets here.

Considering there's construction going on around the station there are several ways to get to where you need in the same amount of time. Lea Green services there are lovely helpful & helped me when it's a whole new thing to me to understand anything but it's those patient staff who make sure customers are happy & understand that defiantly make me use them more.

Would give 0 starts if could. Do not park at this station !!! No spaces at all due to the referb and not able to park anywhere close by.

Park within the white lines of the carpark, on the double yellow lines of the road, on the pavement blocking the access ramps and others cars in or in the taxi/bus ranks and you'll be ok! DO NOT PARK NEAR THE BUSHES CAUSING NO INCONVIENCE OR DISRUPTION TO ANY OTHER VEHICLES... AND YOU WILL GET A £50 PARKING TICKET #northernrailmoneygrabbers

Parking is inadequate and a disgrace.considering they have taken extra train stops off st Helens junction.who have had extensions to their carpark for nothing

Unbelievable- inadequate parking, no double yellows where apparently you can't park where cars cynically targetted with £50 fine.A disgrace.
