I’ve recently become a regular at this pret and I have to say it’s super fast service, staff so nice and a lovely selection of food. Omaimah One of the girls that work there always makes my drink exactly how I like it and always welcomes myself and the rest of the customers with a warming smile, despite how busy she or the shop floor may be. I hope if her manager sees this review rewards her well for her hard work. Well done to all ❤️

I bought 2 sandwiches and 3 drinks and asked upon order some honey for my green tea which was okay with the cashier. Upon collecting my drinks I got told by the barista that she won’t give me a sachet of honey because it’s not something they do?? I have always ordered the exact same thing in all the prets I have ever visited. Never been told this and she offered a refund instead. Luckily costa was next door and managed to get my green tea with some honey from there instead. I regret not buying my sandwiches and other drinks from costa too.

One of the best coffee shops in London designer outlet.Staff delivers the service with smile and is super friendly and helpful.Special shout out to Manager Susan.There was an lady struggling to get to car park after requesting Susan if I could borrow their chair till the London Designer Outlet carparkManage not only allowed me to borrow the chair but help me carry the chair till the first couple of yards and offered to support me throughout till we could have got the lady to the carparkThere are very few people who would go out of their way to help everyone and Susan and her team definitely deserves big round of applause for what they did todayThe coffee shop itself has a nice outdoors and indoors sitting areaIf you are coming to London Designer Outlet in Wembley and after a long day of shopping this is perfect place to pause and grab a coffee and eat somethingBest part of Pret a Mangers is that they are consistent; you can go into one wherever you are, and encounter familiar sandwiches & coffee They do have all the options but what makes this one different is the serviceI can't thank enough for what Susan and staff did for us todayVisited in Sep 2022 again .. great serviceThank you again

Ordered online sandwiches and deserts for a small party, last week. Really impressed with the service, packing and food quality. Everything was so yummy and fresh. Sharing some pics of the order along with some other home made dishes

This cafe is in a busy area, so it was about 80% full during lunchtime. However, it's worth noting that at least 35% of the tables were occupied by people who were tapping away on their laptops. So, frequently one of these guys would have cornered a table for two, and they could be sitting there for a long time.There was a decent range of food available around lunchtime; can't say if that would be the case at other times of the day.

This pret has a huge space to sit, relax or work. I love that. Staff is okay. Coffee is also not the best but it works. And especially together with pretty subscription, its a charm. So over all its a decent place with decent coffee and food options. Many vegetarian food items are in menu.

Love visiting Pret, fresh food, great coffee. Tables often need cleaning though.However the toilets here are gross at the best of times. Regular deep clean necessary.Staff are great here, just one member of staff who consistently smells of body odour. Quite off-putting. Really should be addressed by management.

Everything is average in pret. If you have a subscription pret is the best. However if you are paying for a drink. Costa and starbucks will be the best option. There are no frappé in pret. They have cool drinks and shakes which is just ok.About this store : most of the baristas make it differently. Only a few make them according to the standards. Service is alright. It's a busy shop so we can understand their situation. However they try to make good customer service.I couldn't find any ketchup like other stores. Idk why. However the atmosphere is amazing with the view of Wembley stadium.Major drawback - internet connection is poor.
