The love of dogs

Kirsty has been walking and dog-sitting our 9 year old German shepherd rescue, Simba, for over 1 year now and our dog is absolutely in love with her (as well as her pup Blu!). He runs straight out the door as soon as she arrives to hop in the car and head off for the day's adventure. Kirsty is extremely knowledgeable and understanding of Simba's needs and is always so happy to board him whenever we need. We are so fortunate to have found Kirsty and The Love of Dogs and they have definitely made a huge difference in our (and Simba's) lives!

The Love of Dogs is by far the most professional, reliable, and flexible dog-care service we’ve come across! Kirsty is amazing with all types of dogs and so incredibly friendly! She and the company come with the strongest possible recommendation!

Kirsty boarded my pup Phoenix for 3 days while I was away at a wedding. Phoenix had the best time with Kirsty and her pup Blu, lots of walks and playtimes he came home happy and well looked after! She also worked on his lead pulling and taught me techniques to continue to improve the pulling and excitement when out on a walk, highly recommend her business and services to anyone looking for a reliable boarder or trainer! Attentive, caring, experienced and helpful, will definitely use the love of dogs in future! Phoenix already misses his new best mate!

I have used Kirsty for both daycare and overnight stays and it always puts my mind at ease to know my dog (TJ) is in such safe hands. TJ absolutely loves spending time with Kirsty and bounds off happily when she picks him up in the mornings, and comes home exhausted after a day of adventure and exercise. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

We found Kirsty after our previous daycare unexpectedly ceased to exist. Little did we know this was a blessing in disguise because KIRSTY IS THE BEST! She is very communicative and very accommodating with pickups and drop offs. She's so reliable - never had a miscommunication in over 9 months. My dog absolutely adores her - he stares out the window waiting for her to arrive in the morning.The daycare is not a static daycare where the dogs stay in a building all day. She takes them on long walks all over Greater London (Epping Forest, Richmond Park etc.), so he always comes home super tired (and sometimes a bit muddy but I don't mind that).

I cannot recommend Kirsty enough! She understands dogs, and their behaviour and it's exactly the type of person we needed for our staffy! She's understanding, and fills you with confidence that nothing is an issue. She's reliable, communicative, and always ready to help in any way she can. We never have a second of worry when our dog is with her. If we ever move, it will still have to be within Kirsty's catchment area so we never lose her! x

Kirsty completely changed ours and Callie’s life, as we now have the ability to walk a much calmer and attentive Callie. When Kirsty first started walking and training Callie she had incredibly high energy and impulses. However, Kirsty has trained her to meticulously listen to our commands and she now heels on walks. This has made for a much more enjoyable experience and relationship with our dog, which we can not thank Kirsty enough for.
