Had light bulbs replaced when i had a service. Just had mot and its failed because the light bulbs put in at J & D Autos was not the correct bulbs. The bulbs have been jammed in that its broken the whole light unit. Further more. My sisters car was passed with an mot. Turned out the car was so dangerous that vosa are involved.

Quick and friendly service at a fair price

Told me my car was not safe to drive when that wasn't the case at all! Was told that I would have a call back about prices for parts for my car - I had already went to another garage at this point and it is a good job as well as it's two weeks later and still no call about the price! Would not recommend this garage to anyone!

Put my van in on a electrical fault got told it would take a couple of days to fix and they were going to bring some in who was specialised with the electrics of vehicles, anyway nearly 3 weeks later I get the van back and it had not been touched and I’m £200 out of pocket, I still can’t believe it.

These people fitted a faulty starter motor. I couldn't get hold of them and used a second mechanic who diagnosed it was a faulty part. Despite the fact that it SHOULD have been under 12 month warranty I've still not heard back from them regarding a refund of faulty part. Won't return my calls. New mechanic sourced new boxed part and fitted in 20 minutes. İn Total cost me £700 plus new part £170. I have a receipt and 12 month warranty. Burradon you are the worst. Oh on top of that almost scrapped my car for £250 as they misdiagnosed the fault as possible ECU or other expensive problem with body control module.Would not recommend anyone go to this company.
