this rubish company up your service price secretly during the contract. It is rediculis that you will be charged £5 for per general waste bag!? Compare nwh they only charge £1.50! Will never use biffa again.

Every single week collections are missed. They never contact you. If you use this company you will spend more time trying to contact them about missed collections than they will collecting your bins. The worst company I've ever dealt with and that's no exaggeration

Biffa decided to sub - contact our waste recycling. Missed services , wrong days , false promises…… etc etc , just beyond belief that such a large company can fail on so many levels. Avoid !!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service leave us without empty the bins for 3 weeks !!!!Phone to complaint 3 times and the answer was don’t worry someone came to pick up the bins tomorrow nothing happen after 3 weeks!!!!Phone again today very disappointed and try to talk with a manager the answer was his busy and we will back to you as soon we have a solution ......... waited till 5 o clock phone back the offices were close for Christmas holiday !!!!So what I need to do with the rubbish now !???!!!! Absolute disappoint we pay to have aservice every month but they don’t care about costumers happen too many times !I don’t know where the manager live and its a shame ! Worst company I have ever dealt with. My contract was transferred to them when Bisset Waste folded, and they have treated me as an inconvenience ever since. They could not organise their way out of a paper bag, let alone recycle it. Any excuse to not collect and they’ll take it. Customer service is non existent, zero communication, zero respect for their customers. Do not use this company, the time and stress of chasing them repeatedly for missed collections is just not worth it. And they will have the gall to charge YOU for a wasted journey when they didn’t bother to come and pick up the waste!

Our waste contract was transferred from Viridor to Biffa after a takeover of the Viridor tradewaste arm. Service levels have slipped, and they keep trying to service our trade waste in hours (5am) that legally we can't have waste on the street due to Edinburgh By-laws. All contact has to go through the customer contact centre and they are about as much use as chocolate teapot. AVOID

Worst company I have dealt with. Never show up when asked, bin broken and removed and told two weeks till new one.on hold every time for at least 15/20 minutes.Do Not Recommend

Horrendous company - don't touch. Failed pick ups, poor communication throughout, constant chasing and even blocking access when putting back the bin. So stressful...so many wasted hours that could be spent elsewhere. Cannot wait to leave....

Wouldn't even rate one star. Bins don't get emptied on days they are scheduled too. Constantly have to call and re-arrange collections. Customer services are always lovely on the phone but communication between departments is awful. AVOID. Nothing but hassle and waste of time out of working day trying to get through to them on phone.

Genuinely the worst company i have ever dealt with. They change your prices although you have a contract. They never answer the phone. No staff member is interested in dealing with any of your complaints. It is a conglomerate business, who genuinely dont care. Shame.
