Run was outsourced to different company. Driver personality great but personal hygiene severely lacking (from someone who said they take pride in doing school runs) and also took excessively long route from hospital to station under false premise of time going to be taken at number of traffic lights to be encountered. Must have thought we didn't know area because of accent. Would definitely use the prompt service again tough would insist on different driver.

Terry texted us 60 minutes before our pick up time to confirm all was ok just as promised. He was a most friendly person and such a considerate and careful driver making the journey from Coleraine to Belfast City airport a real pleasure.

Horrible company. The person who answers phone is racist and rude. Had an awful experience. He didn’t have patience even to take the order. He basically tells off the customers. Specially if you’re a travelling and not familiar with the areas, suggest trying other services.

5 * for Quality, Value, Professionalism & Punctuality!!I'm in a wheelchair, with a weak chest & have to stay in isolation, through this difficult time, of COVID-19. I phoned Terrys Taxi, to ask if they could pick up & deliver to me, something from the vet & they immediately left, collected the items & were with me within half an hour, of my call. Super service!! Always punctual and offers a first class service.Luxury travel in a large comfortable car with all the mid cons that very few other taxis offer. Loved the fact I could pay by credit card. Terry himself is a character and is happy listen and chat on the journey. I highly recommended.
