Absolutely Brilliant done while I waited ... Highly recommend !

My Vienna Regulator which has been in the family for over 80 years stopped running. It has been repaired twice to my knowledge in the past but his was in Lincolnshire and too far to travel. I searched for someone more local and found Dicky Tickers and I am so pleased I did. Stella did have the clock for several months due to her popularity and backlog of repairs. My clock is now back on the wall at home and running perfectly, it now even chimes on the hour and on the half when the minute hand is pointing directly to 6 or 12. It had been a minute and half past the number for as long as I can remember. Highly recommended but be warned, it will take quite some months due to her reputation which is rightly deserved.

Despite the virus problem, Stella was able to help me get my grandmother clock working again ! So pleased with the service she gave me !

Asked the elderly lady who runs the company to fix my husbands clock which had been a gift. Ever since she replaced the mechanism with one that she already had its chimes sound tinny and it doesn’t keep time well. I did go back to her regarding this and she looked at it again for my but implied I was winding it up wrong. I would absolutely not recommend this lady and her found work was shoddy and unprofessional.

I would not recommend this company at all…. I have used them in the past based upon recommendation and all has been ok - But, on this last occasion, service has fallen well below the usual professional standards one expects - Two clocks were sent for repair and service … 5 months and a large bill later, the clocks are returned in an unsatisfactory state and still requiring repair! Feedback from the company is basically 'well that's just tough!' Don't even consider asking for updates or advice during the repair process, as one is simply faced with a wall of 'short shrift' ….All in all a sad and salutary experience - Beware!

BRILLIANT!!! Another FABULOUS job, quick and most affordable. My clocks are now working happily and keeping excellent time. Am delighted and very grateful, many thanks indeed.

Clock repairs and restoration by a firm with a long-established and well-earned reputation. Definitely the first call if you need any help with a time piece. Extremely conscientious and professional.
