I never have anything bad to say about the team at Beech Tree. Kit is the perfect balance of friendly and professional - he always takes the time to explain any procedure and makes sure that you are fully informed on all your options so you always feel happy making a decision. He's been great at sorting out my wisdom tooth trouble as well as working on getting bridges just right for me. Sharon on reception is very kind and helpful, all the nurses are friendly and relaxed - it makes for a great atmosphere. I'd recommend to anyone who is at all nervous of dentists. Whilst they are a private practice, coming from a family of dentists myself, I know they are very fairly priced.

Kit has been my Dentist for two decades now, he is the best Dentist I have ever had. I stuck with him when he started up Beech Tree, and I am happy to say my treatment has only got better. Kit is no longer NHS, so his interests aren’t with filling quotas, but in providing his clients with very good health care at a fair price. He’s a real gent, always upbeat and welcoming, able to put anyone at ease when they are in his chair. The rest of the staff are also very friendly, and I’ve never been kept hanging around in the waiting room. I hope this surgery has a long and prosperous future.

Honestly the best dentist ever!! I am so lucky I found this place. I struggle with anxiety and have had low self esteem for so long. Not only is it the most clean, professional and friendly dentist I have ever experienced but the service is outstanding, Kit is amazing , he had a lot of work to do when it came to me and not only has he transformed my teeth, but my life, I can finally smile again . Tried to register as a private patient. Rang to ask for an indicative price list as I couldn't find one on the website. The person who answered the phone (24.7.23) told me they don't do NHS. Yes, that's why I'm asking to see an indicative price list I said. She said there's not a price list on the website but it could be emailed. I gave my name and email and she said 'I'll send it when I get the time'. The dentistry may be amazing but this exchange told me suggested that the (prospective new) patient is a secondary consideration. I've had private dental treatment elsewhere for over 20 years and was never spoken to like this, she was quite rude.

Excellent dental surgery, all the staff are very friendly and welcoming, Kit is the best dentist I've had so far, profesional, gentle and caring. I had bad experience with dentists previously so I'm very happy that I've found this practice and my visits at dentist became relaxed knowing I'm in good hands. Highly recommend

Kit is a phenomenal dentist, his assistant is also wonderful and Ben the hygienist is also very good. The best experience with a dentist I have ever had. However, the receptionist is a real issue and really lets their team down. She is rude, entitled and condescending - no manners at all. It's surprising such an otherwise perfect dental practice has such a person to represent them to their customers.Cancelling an appointment at 'short notice' has a £60 cancellation fee, which is on the website apparently! (it isn't). I would suggest it is probably not a very good policy to retain clients; I spent over £1200 getting some work done privately at the practice over the course of a year, but when I needed to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen work commitments the receptionist was so rude and derogatory that it has made me decide to take my money elsewhere.They could probably save a lot of time, hassle and money by integrating some sort of online booking system with deposit payments for appointments to avoid arbitrarily priced cancellation fees and interactions with belligerent receptionists.
