This is an exceptional business employing exceptional people dedicated to provided a first class service to its customers. I had a recent experience when ordering flowers for a friend just out of hospital when I was let down by Interflora - the staff (Sarah) here were not happy until my friend received the flowers personally after 2 visits several miles away. Brilliant !
